So how do they stand out as a small fish in a big pond? Do the opposite of everyone else.
Idealogue is two pieces: one tiny, the other huge. And both the opposite of the 8.5″ x 11″ sameness all the other L.A. universities use to recruit students.
Zig when the whole world zags
In order to stand out, Woodbury employed the design principle of scale. Tiny emphasizes the one-on-one attention and small class size and huge reinforces the aspirations and achievements of their students.
Idealogue actually propelled the mindset of Woodbury from the inside out.
But it’s who they were all along. I just helped them become who they already were.
